September TikTok Trends 2025

To my die-hards who keep me accountable to sending this every week:

I love you and SO appreciate you!

My team and I put a lot of love and work into these emails to bring you helpful content ideas for the week and I am beyond proud that It Is a tool you use and love.

The funny thing about email newsletters versus social, is that it’s not often a 2-way discussion!

I very rarely get Interaction back.

Sometimes it feels like I am shouting into the void.

And this is part of the reason I love social so much - It’s meant to feel much more like a conversation and when It’s working - It Is!

We’ve grown so accustomed to Immediate feedback.

Immediate pass or fail.

Dopamine or bust.

1000 views or nothing.

In life, it’s much different.

It’s much more shades of gray, it’s much longer feedback loops.

Recently someone told me they were experiencing burn-out.

And my reaction was, ‘What?! How?! You seem to be doing great!”
It wasn’t until weeks later that the burn-out appeared visible to me.

It’s been a valuable lesson.

And that’s more how life works… whether your energy is on the rise or on the fall…

Whether your success is on the rise… or downslide…

It takes time to articulate.

It takes time to experience.

It’s not immediate feedback.

And we have to be okay with that.

So if social is feeling like you’re shouting into the void lately - tune into your mindset.

If it’s a dread, if it’s connected to so much negative - It’s okay to take a break.

If It’s your dream, If you just want to master your craft, If the numbers are the thing that doesn’t align - they will catch up. It just takes some time and a full YOU going after it.

Connect back to your biggest goals in life, tend to your spirit, do what lifts you up, and trust that you will pour from a full cup once your cup is full.

The success that is aligned for you, will always be there waiting.

On to the silly little social prompts:

Hey there. Ever forget why you follow someone? Or worry your own followers have forgotten you?

We all follow so many people that it's easy to get lost in the feed.

That's why the "reintroduce yourself" trend is so effective yet simple. It's an easy, no-pressure way to remind your followers who you are and what kind of content you share.

Think of it as a quick, "Hey, remember me?" for your account.

How to do it:

Just film a quick video of yourself and add some text about who you are and why people should follow you if they  haven't already or keep following you if they already do.

Keep it simple. No need to overthink it. Just be you. It’s a great way to reconnect and show people what you’re all about.
