"Posting Faster & Easier" Challenge

Hey Friend,

I'm writing this to you from somewhere off the highway in Florida. I spent the last two weeks in my hometown with my parents, and now we're hitting South Florida for IRL meetings. I love that business and personal can get done alongside travel, and my husband and I have the flexibility to make it work.

I've been relishing the one-off restaurants you can only find in the specific town or region you are visiting, the kind with a hand-painted sign and a regular who's been sitting at the counter since 1987. I hate travelling from one place to the next and just seeing the same coffee shops, restaurants, and strip mall plans from the last town. I want to feel and experience a local culture… and while I love Starbucks just as much as any basic B, it's not at all what I want when I am travelling.

I have one summer fashion hack I have decided is absolutely genius. Ready for it? Here goes: I no longer buy expensive sunglasses. Instead, I'll buy 3-4 of the trendy cheap pairs from Five Below and rotate them as I see fit. I have gotten so many compliments, can always coordinate my eyewear to my outfit, and I do not feel bad if I lose them in the ocean or they get scratched. This is my new favorite life hack. I've also been living in my Native shoes this summer (a sponsor gift from our ACN retreat earlier this year!), and this set from Amazon that looks ridiculously chic for what it cost.

Okay, let's talk about social:

If you've been anywhere on social media lately, you've seen it. Everyone's talking about Jessie Jean's Yap Challenge. She reportedly made over $1M launching this course, and is now onto her second cohort which maybe even made more!

The success of the Yap Challenge brings up a few things for me:

  1. Talking to camera content is the fastest, most potent way to build trust. I actually learned this before Jessi, via Justin Schuman who I worked with last year in 2024 and had on the podcast. Jessi is an incredible example of this truth.

  2. I love anything that gets people posting. Talking to camera is HARD to do well, and it is a skill that can be learned and practiced and perfected. I think we minimize the difficulty of doing it, and doing it actually well.

  3. Success on Instagram and building something on social media is still an awesome opportunity for women. You're not too late! She is proof. No matter if you are launching a course, selling a product, or just creating to express yourself… building an audience is valuable, and women should own and leverage it.

The success of her challenge made me ask myself…

am I doing enough?

Should I be launching a challenge like this?

The envy and the comparison crept in.

And then I slapped myself In the face and said, hell yes I am doing enough. I paid out over $300k to Mom creators last year, forget making $1M for myself on a launch… I am directly putting money in other Moms pockets.

I can cheer for her, I can cheer for me. That’s what I believe good women do for each other.

I've been creating content for over 10 years as a mom building communities and brands, and I can tell you there is no one challenge, template, or ChatGPT prompt that will be the secret to your success.

Because success only happens from doing.

Just because something worked for one person, doesn't mean you can copy-paste it and get the same results.

That's why I built a community instead of a course.
In a community, you get real-time feedback.

You get multiple smart minds, over one guru.

Repeated support throughout the year, not just a sprint.

Like having friends in the office to make you laugh, tell you to suck it up when you need it, and motivate you to be better. A community is dynamic, not fixed.

It’s people evolving and doing it in the trenches with you.

And speaking of doing... ACN has been ON IT this year.

We've been revamping the member experience all year long!

  • Q1: We hosted our first-ever Mom Creator Retreat

  • Q2: We completed our first-ever 2x a Day Posting Accountability Challenge , implemented Office Hours with me, and added a creator-themed Book Club!

(Drumroll please)

  • Q3: coming in hot… On July 22nd we'll host the "Posting Faster & Easier" Challenge

Participants will leave with:

  • a real content strategy

  • everything you need to eliminate decision fatigue

  • tips and tricks to speed it all up

Want to join us in the Q3 challenge?

Don't do it alone. It's more fun to create with "co-workers" by your side!

Join ACN today and come do this with us!

XO,

Lindsay
