They’re the proud owners of Hound About Town, a pet store with two locations in Jersey City, NJ. Their stores have a loyal following who appreciate their curation of holistic pet food & treats, sustainably-made toys, and commitment to carrying USA brands. With a small staff and square footage, the Cain’s were challenged to meet all of their customers’ needs. We came on board to help Hound About Town show up in all they places their customers wanted them to be: online with a vibrant social media presence, partnerships with local shelters, and fun event programming in the community to drive both awareness & loyalty.
